Susie Nickell is a musician at heart, but has a heart for the real estate business!   She has lived in Moorhead for 18 years, worked as a substitute teacher for 11 years, and is a veteran with 13 years of military service in the US Army and the US Air Force.  She firmly believes that with her passion for real estate, she has found the best job yet!!

Susie is a member of the Fargo Moorhead Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the YMCA. She is also a board member of Soroptomist International of Moorhead.  Susie has volunteered at the MSUM Science Center, Churches United, and is still working with school children in various book clubs within the Moorhead Public Schools. She continues to volunteer her time and talents to raise money for those in need in her community.

In the first and second quarter of 2009, Susie was presented the Prudential LRES Realty (now Premier Real Estate) Service Award.  Second Quarter 2009, Susie was awarded the Sales Professional Award for second place in residential GCI in North Dakota. Susie was Sales Leader at Prudential Premier Real Estate for April 2010.

Susie is "Your girl on the Rock," and is confident and enthusiastic about working with you, fulfilling your needs, and helping you through the process of selling or buying a home.
