Passion and Experience:

Working with buyers is something I really enjoy and through my extensive work with many buyers I have gained the knowledge and experience to better serve sellers along with what they need to promote their listings to attract a buyer.

Even though I work with clients of all ages, as I have watched important people in my life go through the aging process, I have also developed a passion to serve in this area.  I am one of the very few Realtors in North Dakota (less than 1%) and Minnesota (less than 3%) to hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors.  SRES Realtors are qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.  In addition, I am also a Member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors***.

I have a strong passion for service.  Innovative technology is wonderful but nothing can take the place of the personal touch.  I always strive to learn all I can in the industry while keeping personal customer service at my best.

In the busy world of Real Estate, I will always strive for outstanding customer service that doesn't stop at the closing table.  I like building relationships therefore; I want to connect with you and your real estate needs and dreams.
